I love a good pour over coffee. I’m still working on my technique, but with good beans you can’t mess up too much. As with other types of brewing coffee, pour over requires a few pieces of equipment. One of those is a kettle with a long, thin neck (or spout), often called a gooseneck. When choosing a kettle, do you go the electric route or stove top?
The problem with coffee mugs is that they either keep the coffee too hot or they let it get too cold. That’s the problem that the Temperfect Mug has solved. Dean Verhoeven & Logan Maxwell have figured out a way to not only get your coffee to the right temperature for drinking, but they’ve designed their coffee mug in a way that keeps the coffee at that perfect temperature for a long time. Brilliant!
